Hi Shaun. I have great respect for miners but still doesnt change my opinion that there are cashed up bogans. Not all miners are just like not all Perth people are bad drivers but for literary purposes I am simply recanting my experiences and experiences of eastern states people. If you’re offended then you have many abusive emails to write to other writers as cashed up bogans is a commonly used term. Have fun and remember its dole not doll

I’m not a big fan of you disrespecting these so called bogans, Perth even australia would be nothing without miners (or apparently bogans as you like to call them) I’m sorry that you can’t afford a coffee on the doll, take a good hard look at yourself before you start throwing around stereotypes like that

I have to agree with the starbucks comment although I do appreciate their coffee fraps on the odd occasion. I try to avoid public transport at the best of times so looks like a sunday drive to the shops for me if I’m not eating. You have to make a day trip down to freo and check out the markets while you’re there so many nice spots!

Re: #3 best thing about Perth is that we don’t have crispy creme donuts or Starbucks. I don’t get peoples fascination about Starbucks.

Legislation was just passed for Sunday trading so Perth is starting to move with the times but extended shopping hours is no good when public transport only comes every hour or so.

Always read about so many great places in Fremantle but it’s a bit far for me. The baked eggs look amazing!
